Billing and cancellation

What you are agreeing to

When you subscribe you are starting a recurring payment. We show the price, how often it recurs and the date of the first charge on the checkout page itself, before you enter card details, and you agree to the recurring charge before you pay. We send you a confirmation by email with the same terms in it, so you have a copy you can keep.

Renewals

The weekly plans renew every week and the monthly plans every month, each counted from the day you started.

Every plan stops billing in its offseason. When its season ends it stops collecting: NFL after the Super Bowl, College Football after the bowl games and the FCS playoffs, and the Football Package once both are over. It starts again on 1 August, as the next season gears up. Your subscription and your card stay as they are, nothing is charged in between, and we email you the week before billing starts again so it is never a surprise. You can cancel during the break like any other time. If you subscribe during the break, nothing is charged until then: your first charge is on 1 August.

Canceling

Cancel online at any time from your account. It opens Stripe’s own billing page, where the subscription is canceled with one button.

Canceling stops the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and then the account reverts to the free part of the site.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for the part of a period left after you cancel, because you keep access until that period ends. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you canceled, email support@propstreakiq.com within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

If a price changes

We will email you before a price change affecting your subscription takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

If a payment fails

We will let you know. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account reverts to the free part of the site.

Who takes the payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
