The agreement between you and us

These terms are a contract between you and PropStreakIQ LLC covering your use of PropStreakIQ at www.PropStreakIQ.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What the service is

PropStreakIQ publishes sports betting odds and historical sports results, and arithmetic derived from them, for information and research. We do not accept wagers, operate any gambling service, act as an agent for any sportsbook, sell selections or predictions, or claim any advantage over the market.

Nothing on the site is advice of any kind, and nothing on it is a recommendation to place, or not to place, any bet. There is no guarantee or promise that using this site will help you win money, avoid losing money, or improve your results.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States. Sports betting is regulated differently in every state and is unlawful in some. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are and to follow it. We do not encourage or support betting where it is unlawful.

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

3. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The price, the frequency and the first charge date are shown at checkout before you enter card details, and you must separately agree to the recurring charge by ticking the renewal box on your account page before checkout opens. You can cancel online at any time from your account. Billing and cancellation forms part of these terms.

5. What you may do with the data

Your subscription is for your own personal use. You may look at anything on the site, and quote a figure from it with attribution.

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the site; republish or resell it, in whole or in substantial part; use it to build a competing product or dataset; share your login; or circumvent any limit on the free part of the site. Some of what is here is licensed to us by third parties on terms that do not let us pass it on.

6. Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and we correct what we find, but we do not warrant that anything on it is accurate, current or complete. Odds change constantly, feeds fail, and books correct their own numbers after the fact. Always settle against your own book's record. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow some of these limits, and where that is so, they do not apply to you.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design and the analysis on it belong to us. Odds and statistics are licensed from third parties. Sources are described here.

PropStreakIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, NFL Properties LLC, any NFL club, the NFL Players Association, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, any NCAA conference or member institution, The Associated Press, USA TODAY, the American Football Coaches Association, or any sportsbook. Team, league, school, conference, poll and sportsbook names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify what the data is about.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the site at any time and cancel any subscription from your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is material we will email subscribers and post the new effective date here before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change. If you do not, cancel.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Florida. Nothing here removes a right you have under your own state's consumer protection law.
