What we collect and why

This policy covers PropStreakIQ (www.PropStreakIQ.com), operated by PropStreakIQ LLC. It is written to be read, not to be got past.

The short version

We collect what we need to run an account and take a payment, and nothing else. We do not sell or share personal information. We do not run advertising trackers. If you are only reading the free part of the site without an account, we hold no personal information about you at all.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to it, so there is no password.
• Payment information. Handled by Stripe. We receive a token, the card's last four digits, its expiry and the billing country. We never see or store the full card number.
• Billing details. The name and billing address that appear on your invoices. You can change these yourself from your account.
• Subscription records. What you are subscribed to, when it started and renews, and your billing history.
• Technical information. Server logs recording IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by our hosting providers for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
• What you send us. Anything in an email you write to support.

We do not ask for your date of birth or any government identifier. We do ask you to confirm you are 21 or older when you create an account, and we keep that confirmation with the account.

What we do with it

• Give you access to what you have paid for
• Take payment and send receipts
• Answer your support emails
• Send service messages you cannot opt out of while you have an account, such as a receipt, a price change or a security notice
• Send product email only if you ask for it, with an unsubscribe link in every one
• Keep the site up, secure and working
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not use your data to profile you, to target advertising, or to train anything.

Who else touches it

Information goes only where it is needed to run the site, for example:

• Stripe, to take payments
• Our hosting and database providers, to serve the site and hold accounts
• Our email provider, to send receipts and support replies
• The service that supplies the typefaces, which your browser requests directly and which therefore sees your IP address
• Our accountants and lawyers, where they need it
• A regulator or court, where the law requires it

Each of them gets only what they need for that purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
• We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags.
• We do not tell sportsbooks anything about you. We have no relationship with any of them.
• We do not publish, sell or disclose what you look at on the site.

How long we keep it

Account information for as long as you have an account, and 30 days after you close it. Billing records for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years. Server logs for up to 30 days, the most either of our hosting providers keeps them. Support emails for two years.

Your account information

You can correct your account information or delete your account by writing to our contact address.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in codes expire, and card numbers never reach our systems. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Children

The site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under that age has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Where the site operates

PropStreakIQ is for users in the United States, and data is processed in the United States. We do not target the service at anyone in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new effective date at the top and, for a material change, email anyone with an account.
